The Home section holds your dashboards: Overview (your landing page after sign-in), plus dedicated Sales, Payments, and Analytics pages. The xLog AI assistant lives here too, one keystroke away on every page.
The Overview dashboard
The welcome card greets you with permission-gated quick actions (New Lead, Deals, Tasks, Schedule, Chat, Invoices); during a trial it also shows a Set up your workspace checklist with your countdown. Below it:
- KPI tiles — Total Leads, Tasks Completed, Events, Invoices. Each compares your selected date range (default: last 30 days) against the preceding period of equal length; the sparkline shows whether you're ahead of or behind last period's pace.
- Signals — up to four live, rule-based highlights (not AI): lead flow vs last period, conversion rate, task health, pending invoices, unread messages — warnings first, each deep-linking to its page.
- Cards — Team Performance (tasks per member), Lead Status Distribution, Total Revenue (collected vs outstanding), Deals (first pipeline's stage split), Recent Leads, Upcoming Events, and a Chat Summary.
AI Insights on any dashboard: The AI Insights button sends the on-screen data to the AI and returns key findings and recommended actions in a side panel — free of charge (no AI credits), cached for five minutes.
Sales, Payments & Analytics

How the Leaderboard scores: Per person over the selected period (Week/Month/Quarter/All): 50 points per deal won + 1 point per ₹1,000 of won-deal value + 20 points per lead converted + 2 points per completed task. Top three get medals; your row is tagged You.
Access
Overview is available to everyone (its sections trim to your permissions); Sales, Payments, and Analytics require the Report permission. Zeroed Payments tiles mean Razorpay isn't configured yet, and the Analytics page shows a setup card until Google Analytics is connected.
Frequently asked questions
What do the % badges on the Overview tiles compare against?
Your selected date range versus the period of equal length immediately before it. The sparkline plots how far ahead or behind the current period is running against the previous period's pace.
Are the “Signals” AI-generated?
No — they're instant rule-based highlights: lead flow changes, conversion rate, task health, pending invoices, unread messages. For AI-generated analysis, click the AI Insights button.
Does AI Insights cost credits?
No — it's free, and results are cached for five minutes for the same data. AI credits are only spent by generation features like AI Studio.
Why does my Payments dashboard show zeros?
It pulls live data from Razorpay using the API key and secret saved under Settings → Integrations. Until they're configured, the server returns empty data.
How is the Sales Leaderboard calculated?
50 points per deal won, 1 point per ₹1,000 of won-deal value, 20 per lead conversion, and 2 per completed task, over the chosen period (Week = 7 days, Month = 30, Quarter = 90, or All).
Can I change the date range?
Yes — the Overview header has a range picker (default: last 30 days); the previous-period comparison recomputes automatically. The Analytics page defaults to the last 7 days.
