Provision a hosted eCommerce storefront in LogAI in 1–3 minutes: pick a theme, customize with the CMS builder, configure shipping and payments, connect a custom domain — selling your Catalog products with orders flowing into Commerce.

Settings → Stores builds and hosts a real eCommerce storefront — no servers, no separate platform. It sells your Catalog products, honors your coupons, and feeds every checkout into Commerce as orders — with abandoned carts tracked for recovery.

Launch your store

  1. Provision it. Click Provision your first store (later New Store): name it, keep or edit the auto-generated URL slug, pick one of the six themes, and generate a Store API Key (shown once — copy it). Click Provision Store.
  2. Wait ~1–3 minutes. Provisioning runs in the background — the card advances Provisioning → Building → Live, ending with a live URL. Products from your Catalog appear automatically.
  3. Customize it. Customize Storefront opens the full-screen CMS builder: theme and colors, header and hero, drag-to-reorder page sections, footer, store identity, SEO metadata, and page content — with live preview, device toggles, and undo/redo. Save & Deploy pushes changes live.
  4. Configure checkout. Shipping Charges defines your options (Free, Flat Rate, Percentage, Per Unit) with optional taxes via your HSN codes and cart-value/date conditions. Payments toggles Razorpay and Cash on Delivery with editable labels — at least one must stay enabled.
  5. Add your domain. Open the store's Domain panel, enter e.g. shop.yourbrand.com, click Assign, add the exact DNS records shown at your registrar, and Check Verification (propagation: 5 minutes to 48 hours).

Hosted for you: Stores deploy on LogAI's own infrastructure — you don't need a Vercel account (that token is only for AI-built websites). Archiving a store is reversible; Delete Permanently (type “delete {store name}” to confirm) is not.

How the store connects to your CRM

  • Products & stock — from Catalog → Inventory, including variants and images.
  • Coupons — codes created in Catalog → Coupons validate at checkout with cart conditions and per-lead limits.
  • Orders — checkouts appear under Commerce → Accounts → Orders with full GST breakdowns; Cash-on-Delivery orders start at Confirmed.
  • Abandoned carts — shoppers who don't finish appear under Commerce → Abandoned Carts for coupon-driven recovery (requires SMTP).
  • Shoppers become leads — store customers land in your CRM for follow-up.

Access

Stores need the Ecom Store permission — Viewer to view, Editor to provision, customize, manage domains, archive, or delete. Online payments at checkout require Razorpay keys saved in Settings.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need my own hosting or Vercel account?

No — storefronts are provisioned on LogAI's infrastructure and go live at a generated URL in about 1–3 minutes. Custom domains point to it via DNS.

How do my products get onto the store?

Automatically from Catalog → Inventory via the API key generated at provisioning — including variants, images, and stock. Orders and abandoned carts flow back into Commerce.

How do I use my own domain?

Assign it in the store's Domain panel, add the exact DNS records LogAI shows at your registrar, and Check Verification. Propagation takes 5 minutes to 48 hours.

What payment methods can shoppers use?

Razorpay (UPI/cards/net banking) and Cash on Delivery — toggle each and edit their display labels; at least one must stay enabled.

Can I change the design after launch?

Yes — the CMS builder edits theme, sections, hero, footer, SEO, and page content with a live preview; Save & Deploy pushes changes to the live site. You can even switch templates.

What's the difference between archiving and deleting?

Archiving takes the store offline reversibly (Unarchive brings it back). Delete Permanently destroys the deployment and all data — you must type “delete {store name}” to confirm.

Store vs AI website builder?

The store sells products with checkout, orders, and cart recovery, hosted by LogAI. The AI website builder creates marketing sites deployed to your own Vercel.
