The Inbox and Analytics tabs of the Marketing Hub close the loop after publishing: every comment and DM from your connected channels lands in one triage list, and daily snapshots power your performance charts.
Work the Inbox
- Filter and find. Slice with
All/Comments/DMspills, per-platform filters, and search; toggle betweenOpenandHandled. The Inbox tab badge counts open items. - Reply. Comments support threaded replies (with AI polish via the sparkle button), likes, and hide/unhide. DMs open a chat view with day separators and delivery ticks — replies send through the connected account. Comment items show an “On this post” context pane with the post's image and metrics.

Mark handledarchives an item and auto-advances to the next; swipe left on mobile. New items arrive live; theSyncbutton backfills recent history — “Synced N comments, N messages.”
Keyboard shortcuts: J/K (or arrows) move through the list, E toggles handled/reopen and jumps to the next item, Esc closes the detail pane.
Read your Analytics
Switch the range between 7d / 30d / 90d to see followers, impressions, engagement rate, likes, comments, shares, and reach — each with a period-over-period delta — plus a metric-switchable trend chart, per-account audience cards, and your top 5 posts by impressions.
“Not enough data yet”?: Trend charts build from daily insight snapshots, which start arriving within about an hour of connecting a channel and accumulate day by day. Followers and account cards show immediately. For business-wide dashboards beyond social, see Home dashboards.
Access
Viewing needs the Marketing permission (Viewer); replying, moderating, triaging, and syncing need Editor. The AI reply polish additionally uses the Chat permission. Note: WhatsApp customer messages are not in this inbox — they live in team Chat via the WhatsApp integration.
Frequently asked questions
Can I reply to comments and DMs from LogAI?
Yes — threaded comment replies (with AI polish), likes, hide/unhide, and DM chat with delivery ticks, all sending through your connected accounts.
Why is my Inbox missing older items?
Live items arrive automatically, but history starts from when you connected the channel. Click Sync to backfill recent comments and messages.
Are there keyboard shortcuts?
Yes: J/K or arrows move through the list, E marks handled (or reopens) and advances, Esc closes the detail pane. On mobile, swipe a row left to mark it handled.
Why does Analytics say “Not enough data yet”?
Daily insight snapshots start about an hour after connecting a channel and build up day by day — a fresh connection has no trend line yet.
Where are WhatsApp messages?
WhatsApp Business conversations live in Collaboration → Chat under the WhatsApp pill, not in the marketing inbox — they're customer chats tied to your leads.
What does the badge on the Inbox tab count?
Open (untriaged) items across comments and DMs. Marking items handled clears them from the count.
