Team calendar

Plan events on LogAI's shared calendar: day/week/month/schedule views, guest invitations by email, automatic 1-hour and 5-minute reminders, and events created by other modules like scheduled social posts.

Collaboration → Calendar shows every event you created or are invited to, in Day / Week / Month / Schedule views — including events other modules create automatically: scheduled social posts appear here, and customer bookings land on the host's calendar.

Create an event

  1. Click an empty slot. The Create New Event form opens with a 1-hour default duration from the clicked time.
  2. Fill the details. Title, start/end (with repeat options), Add guests (required for Meeting-type events — you're added automatically), location, a Meeting Link (pair it with an instant meeting link for video calls), description, status, priority, and event type.
  3. Save. With Send Notification checked (the default), attendees receive an email invitation — “Meeting Invitation: {title}”.

Automatic reminders

  • Everyone on the event gets a “Reminder — 1 Hour” email about an hour before start.
  • A “Starting in 5 Minutes” email lands just before it begins.
  • Each reminder is sent once per person per event; cancellations can email an “Event Cancelled” notice.

Only the creator can edit: Attendees see a read-only event card with the time, guests, location, and a clickable meeting link — editing and deleting belong to the event's creator.

Access

Viewing needs the Calendar permission; creating events needs Editor. Workflows can create calendar events automatically, and the xLog assistant schedules them conversationally — it always asks who to invite and adds you as an attendee.

Frequently asked questions

Do calendar guests get notified?

Yes — an invitation email on save (when Send Notification is checked), then automatic “Reminder — 1 Hour” and “Starting in 5 Minutes” emails, each sent once per person.

Can I edit an event someone else created?

No — only the creator can edit or delete an event; other attendees get a read-only view.

Why do social posts show on my calendar?

Scheduled marketing posts are placed on the calendar automatically so your team sees the publishing plan alongside meetings and bookings.

How do I attach a video call to an event?

Start an instant meeting on the Meetings page, copy its link, and paste it into the event's Meeting Link field — attendees get a clickable link with a copy button.

Can events repeat?

Yes — the Repeat selector offers daily and monthly recurrence when creating the event.
