Create your organization

Walk through LogAI's onboarding wizard: organization profile, demo data, regional settings, WhatsApp / Razorpay / Vercel / Google Analytics integrations, and choosing a plan — plus everything a new workspace includes.

Your organization is your company's workspace in LogAI — it holds your team, data, settings, and subscription. The onboarding wizard at app.logai.tech/onboarding sets one up in five steps plus a completion screen. New users reach it from the Welcome. Let's build your workspace. screen; existing users can add another organization from the sidebar's organization switcher → Add Organization.

The onboarding wizard, step by step

Profile — Launch Workspace. Enter your Organization Name, Organization Email, Industry, Phone (with country picker, default +91 India), and Timezone (pre-filled from your browser). All five fields are required. Click Launch Workspace → — nothing is saved yet; you can still go back.
Seed Demo Data. Choose whether to pre-fill the workspace with sample data using the Enable demo data toggle (off by default). Clicking Continue → here is the moment your organization is actually created — you'll see “Organization created successfully”. Demo data adds sample leads, customers, products, deals, invoices, and HR records so you can explore every feature immediately.
Regional Settings. Enter your Business Address, Country, State, City, Pincode / ZIP, Currency (default INR), Language (default English), and optionally GST No and TIN No. Click Save & Continue → — or Skip and fill these in later under Settings.
Integrations (all optional). Four sub-steps, each skippable: WhatsApp Business (connect through Meta's popup), Vercel (paste your Vercel Token), Razorpay Payments (enter your API Key and API Secret), and Google Analytics (enter your Property ID and paste the Service Account Key JSON). The three credential-based screens each include a short Quick Guide with setup instructions. Everything here can also be configured later under Settings → Integrations.
Choose your plan. Pick a paid plan (Subscribe now) with your Seats to bill and an optional Coupon Code, or click Start Trial to continue on the free trial — every new organization already has a 3-day trial running, so you can decide later.
Launch your workspace. On Your workspace is ready!, click Launch Workspace →. The app switches to your new organization and opens the home dashboard.

Safe to refresh: Once your organization is created (step 2), the wizard remembers your progress — even across a page refresh — and resumes where you left off. If you close the browser before step 2's Continue, nothing is saved.

What every new organization includes

You as Super Admin — the creator gets the Super Admin role with full permissions, and an employee profile is auto-created in the HR module.
A 3-day free trial with Pro-level access, started automatically at creation.
20 AI credits to try the AI features.
Drive folders — org-wide Public (with Social Media) plus your personal My Creations folder for AI-generated images, videos, and try-ons.
A default lead-scoring configuration for the sales module, ready to tune.
A welcome notification prompting you to invite team members.

What demo data contains

If you enabled Enable demo data, your workspace is seeded with 15 leads, 15 customers, 12 products, 15 deals, and 5 invoices — plus labels, tasks, call logs, email templates, and HR examples (departments, designations, holidays, shifts, employees, attendance, payroll). It's the fastest way to see every module working before adding real data.

Demo data is a one-time choice: The toggle only exists in the wizard — you can't seed demo data into the same organization later. If you skipped it and want a sandbox, create a second organization with demo data enabled.

Common onboarding errors

Message	What to do
Organization with email '…' already registered	Each organization needs a unique email. Go back to the Profile step and use a different organization email.
Invalid phone number	Enter a valid number including the country code (the input defaults to +91).
Invalid JSON format in Service Account Key	Paste the complete, unmodified service-account JSON file downloaded from Google Cloud.
Failed to create organization. Please try again.	A temporary error — your entered data is preserved; click Continue again.

Frequently asked questions

When is my organization actually created?

When you click Continue on step 2 (Seed Demo Data) — not on step 1. After that point your progress is remembered even across a page refresh. If you close the browser before step 2, nothing is saved.

Do I have to enter payment details to finish onboarding?

No. Choose Start Trial on the plan step — every new organization automatically gets a 3-day free trial, and you can subscribe later from Settings → Subscriptions.

Can I skip the location and integration steps?

Yes. Regional Settings has a Skip button, and each of the four integrations (WhatsApp Business, Vercel, Razorpay, Google Analytics) can be skipped individually and configured later under Settings → Integrations.

Can I invite my team during onboarding?

Not inside the wizard. After you finish, invite teammates from Workspace → Team Members; they join via an emailed invitation link.

Why does it say the organization email is already registered?

Every organization in LogAI must have a unique email address. Use a different organization email — your personal account email is separate and unaffected.

Can I create more than one organization?

Yes. Open the organization switcher at the top of the sidebar and choose Add Organization to run the wizard again. Each organization has its own data, team, trial, and subscription.

What does demo data include, and can I add it later?

15 sample leads, 15 customers, 12 products, 15 deals, 5 invoices, plus supporting CRM and HR records. It can only be enabled during onboarding — it can't be added to the same organization afterwards.
