Marketing Hub & connecting channels

Tour LogAI's Marketing Hub and connect your social channels — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Telegram, and Google Business — read-safe, one account per platform.

4 min read · Last updated

The Marketing Hub (sidebar → Marketing) is one workspace with six tabs: Overview (stats and recent posts), Compose (create and schedule posts), Posts (your content calendar), Inbox (comments and DMs), Analytics, and Channels (connections). It covers 11 platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Telegram, and Google Business.

Connecting is read-safe: Linking an account only imports your recent posts, comments, and messages. Nothing publishes without you pressing the button.

Connect a channel

  1. Open the Channels tab. Click Connect new account and pick a platform from the Choose a platform grid.
  2. Authorize in the popup. The platform's own login and consent screen opens in a popup — allow popups if your browser blocks it. You can connect one account per platform per organization.
  3. Let history import. After the popup closes, LogAI syncs the profile and backfills recent comments and DMs into the Inbox. Daily analytics snapshots start arriving within about an hour.

Manage your connections

The Active connections panel lists each account with its @username and follower count. Watch the token badges: an amber EXPIRES SOON appears when an access token is within 7 days of expiry, and a red EXPIRED badge (with a reconnect hint) after — reconnect from this tab to keep publishing uninterrupted. Disconnecting stops publishing and syncing but can be undone by reconnecting anytime.

First-run setup

With no channels connected, the Overview tab shows a three-step Get set up card: connect a channel, let your recent activity import itself, and publish your first post. Once connected, Overview switches to live stats (followers, published, impressions, likes), your 5 most recent posts, and the channel list.

Access

Viewing needs the Marketing permission at Viewer level; connecting channels and everything that publishes or replies needs Editor. The hub is subscription-gated — with an inactive plan the tabs show “unavailable” states. WhatsApp Business is separate from the hub: it's connected under Settings → Integrations and powers chat with leads and broadcasts.

Frequently asked questions

Which social networks does LogAI support?

Eleven: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Telegram, and Google Business — one connected account per platform per organization. WhatsApp Business is handled separately under Settings → Integrations.

Will connecting an account post anything on my behalf?

No. Connecting is read-safe — it imports recent posts, comments, and messages only. Nothing publishes until you press Publish or Schedule yourself.

Can I connect two accounts of the same platform?

No — one account per platform per organization. Trying to connect an already-connected platform shows an informational message; disconnect the existing account first to link a different one.

What do the EXPIRES SOON / EXPIRED badges mean?

Platform access tokens expire periodically. Amber EXPIRES SOON warns 7 days ahead; red EXPIRED means publishing and syncing have stopped — reconnect the account from the Channels tab to restore them.

Why is my Marketing tab showing “unavailable”?

The hub is gated by both your role's Marketing permission and an active subscription — ask your admin about the permission, or check Settings → Subscriptions for your plan state.
