Video meetings

Start instant video meetings inside LogAI, invite anyone with a share link or meeting ID, and plan ahead by pairing meetings with calendar events and email reminders.

Collaboration → Meetings gives you instant video calls that open right inside LogAI — no separate conferencing tool. Each meeting card shows the title, creation date, meeting ID, and Join/share/delete actions, with a searchable list and a stats bar.

Start and share a meeting

1. Start. Click Start. An instant meeting opens in-app — a video window with mic/camera toggles, minimize-to-corner picture-in-picture, and hang-up.
2. Invite with the link. On the meeting card, click the link icon to copy the join URL (meet.logai.tech/<meeting-id>), or copy the Meeting ID — share either over chat or anywhere else. Anyone with the link can join.
3. Others join. They click your link, or press Join on their own Meetings page and paste the ID into the Meeting ID field.

You only see your own meetings: The list shows meetings you created. To join someone else's, ask for their link or Meeting ID — there's no in-app participant list.

Planning a meeting for later

The Meetings screen only creates instant meetings. To schedule ahead, create a calendar event with your guests and paste a meeting link into its Meeting Link field — attendees get an email invitation plus automatic 1-hour and 5-minute reminder emails. Customer-facing scheduling is a separate feature: booking pages let outside guests pick a slot themselves.

Access

The Meetings screen needs the Meetings permission; starting, joining from the ID field, and deleting need Editor level. The video room itself is open to anyone holding the link.
