Design Studio: posters & social graphics

Design posters, social posts, banners and print pieces in LogAI's Design Studio: 130+ ready-made layouts, a layer editor with text, photos, shapes, effects and brand kits, AI poster generation (5 credits, plus 8 when it paints a hero image) and copy rewrites (2 credits), and PNG, JPEG, PDF or CMYK print export.

AI Studio → Design Studio is LogAI's poster and graphic editor: Instagram posts and stories, ads, offers, menus, business cards and print posters. Start from a ready-made layout or a blank size, edit text, photos and shapes on layers, let AI write a whole poster or rewrite your copy, then export print-ready or social-sized. Designs save automatically and belong to your organization.

Create a design

1. Pick a layout or a size. The Templates tab holds 130+ layouts drawn as live previews — filter by All, Ads, Offers, Events, Business, Products, Food, Lifestyle or Print, or use Search layouts…. Click one (Use this layout) and it opens in the editor as a new design. For an empty canvas, press New design and pick a Social or Print size.
2. Make it yours. Double-click any text to retype it, swap photos from Uploads, and add headings, icons, shapes or a QR code from the left rail. Selecting a layer shows a quick bar (edit, erase, flip, arrange, group, lock, hide, duplicate) and its settings on the right.
3. Let AI help (optional). The AI button in the header lists every AI action with its price — Generate poster designs a full poster from a one-line brief (5 credits, plus 8 for its hero image), and Rewrite copy retunes the text already on the page (2 credits).
4. Export. Press Export and choose PNG, JPEG, PDF or Print PDF (CMYK). There's no save button — the header shows Saving… then Saved a couple of seconds after each change.

The Your designs tab lists your organization's designs, most recently edited first (the latest 60), with search. Use a card's ⋯ menu — or right-click it — to Rename or Delete; deleting is permanent. You can change a design's size later from the right-hand panel: with nothing selected, the Canvas section's Format switches it.

Bookmark a blank size: Add ?format= and a size to the Design Studio address — for example /ai-studio/design-studio?format=ig-story — and the link opens a new blank design of that size straight in the editor. Other sizes include ig-post, ig-portrait, fb-post, li-post, yt-thumb, a4 and a3.

The editor

• Templates — apply a layout to the open design with Replace page (this also changes the page to the layout's size) or Add as new page.
• Elements — ready-made components (buttons, badges, cards) and a searchable icon library.
• Text — a heading, subheading, body text or bulleted list, plus font combinations and styled text. The font picker's Upload font adds your own TTF, OTF, WOFF or WOFF2 file (up to 8 MB) to Your fonts, shared with your whole organization (up to 60 fonts).
• Uploads — Upload images (JPG, PNG or WebP, several at once) or pick from the free photo library. Any image can be placed on the page or used with Use as background.
• Generate — AI images made right inside the editor (see the table below).
• Shapes, Gradient (G — drag on the canvas to draw a gradient or a fade), Eraser (E — erase or restore parts of any layer, non-destructively) and QR code (a link or text, your colour, optional transparent background).
• Brand — brand kits with your colours, heading and body fonts, logos and images; Apply to design restyles the whole design in one click.

The right-hand panel has two tabs. Design shows the selected layer's settings — position and size, font and colour, borders, effects (drop shadow, outline, sticker cut-out, gradient and pattern overlays, fades) and filters such as Vivid, Film or Noir with fine-tuning sliders (Save as my filter keeps a look for later). With nothing selected it shows the page itself: Format, Background (colour, gradient, image or abstract) and Poster effects for the whole page. Layers lists every layer — drag to reorder, and lock, hide, duplicate or group. Designs can have several pages (up to 20) — use Add page and the pages bar under the canvas to duplicate, delete or flip between them.

For photos, Edit pixels opens Image tools: crop, lasso and shape selections, magic wand, eraser, restore and magic eraser, Select subject, Cut out, and Copy to layer or Cut to layer. Remove BG removes a photo's background on your own device — free, no credits. Press ? any time for the keyboard shortcuts; rulers, guides and smart snapping help line things up.

AI tools and credits

How AI credits are charged: Credits come from your organization's shared balance, shown in the editor header. Failed generations are refunded automatically, and every AI change can be undone with ⌘Z / Ctrl+Z. If you cancel Generate poster after its hero image is painted, that image's credits are already spent. Brand kits

Click Brand on the left rail, then New kit — or Start from your Brand Identity to copy the brand colours and font set in Settings → General → Organization. A kit holds Colors (Primary, Secondary, Background, Text), Typography (Heading font, Body font), Logos and Images. Apply to design restyles the open design; click a logo or image to drop it onto the page. Generate poster can also use your kit's colours (Use my brand kit colors), or your Brand Identity colours when no kit is active.

Kits live in your browser: Brand kits (and saved filters) are stored in the browser you made them in — they don't follow you to another device or teammate. Start from your Brand Identity rebuilds your colours and font in one click on any device.

Export and share

Multi-page designs ask whether to export the Current page or All pages. Very large outputs are capped at about 32 megapixels to keep the browser stable, so the two biggest print sizes (Poster 18×24 and Standee 3×6 ft) export slightly scaled down, with an “Exported (optimized)” note. Exported files can go anywhere LogAI takes an image — a scheduled post, a product photo, your online store's storefront builder or an AI website. The header's ⋯ menu also offers Download .artboard (a design file you can keep as a backup) and Import .artboard…, which replaces the open design's content with the file (⌘Z / Ctrl+Z brings it back).

Bring in images from other studios

• Image Studio: Open in Design Studio under any result, or Edit in Design Studio on a past creation.
• Video Studio: Frame to Design Studio on a finished clip.
• The AI Marketing Studio for products: Edit in Design Studio on a generated banner.
• Each hand-off creates a new design on the social size closest to the image's shape, with the picture fitted edge to edge, ready for your text, layout and brand.

On your phone

• The left rail becomes a dock along the bottom — Templates, Elements, Text, Uploads, Generate, Shapes, QR code and Brand, plus Page, Layers and the AI menu. Chevrons at either edge scroll to the rest.
• Tap a layer and the dock switches to its tools — Font, Color, Effects, Remove BG, Erase, Arrange, Duplicate, Delete and more; Done brings the insert tools back.
• Settings open in a bottom sheet that you can drag taller. Pinch to zoom the canvas, and paint with one finger while erasing.
• Export is the round download button in the header.

Saving and teamwork

Changes save to the server automatically — Saving…, Saved, or Not saved with a Retry button if the connection drops. Designs are shared across your organization: anyone with AI Tools access sees them on Your designs. If the same design is open in two places, a banner warns that it was edited in another session — the latest save wins; choose Load latest or Keep editing.
