Reset your password
Forgot your LogAI password? Request a reset link at app.logai.tech/forgot-password, learn how long links last, why a reset might fail, and how resetting also unlocks a locked account.

If you've forgotten your password — or your password has expired at sign-in — you can reset it in a couple of minutes with an emailed link. Resetting also clears any login lockout on your account instantly.
Reset step by step
- Open Forgot Password. Click Forgot Password? on the login page, or go to
app.logai.tech/forgot-passworddirectly. - Request the link. Enter your account
EMAILand clickSend Reset Link. You'll see Check your email — the same confirmation appears whether or not the address is registered, for privacy. - Open the email. Find the email with subject Reset Your Password and click the button inside (or copy the fallback link). The link is valid for 15 minutes and works once.
- Set a new password. On the reset page, fill
NEW PASSWORDandCONFIRM PASSWORD. The live checklist shows the five requirements; the meter rates your password from Weak to Very Strong. ClickReset Password. - Sign in again. On Password reset successfully, click
Go to Loginand sign in with your new password. You are not signed in automatically.
Rules your new password must meet
- At least 8 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit, and one special character.
- Not one of roughly 10,000 commonly used passwords.
- Not one of your last 5 passwords — reuse shows “Password was recently used. Please choose a password not used in the last 5 passwords.”
About reset links

Locked account? Reset unlocks it.: Completing a password reset clears the failed-login counter and any active lockout, so you can sign in immediately with the new password — no need to wait out the lock timer.
Didn't get the email?
- Confirm you entered the email your account is registered under — for privacy, the app shows the same success message even for unregistered addresses (and sends nothing).
- Check your spam folder for the subject Reset Your Password.
- Wait a minute or two; the email is queued and delivered in the background.

Frequently asked questions
How long is the LogAI password reset link valid?
15 minutes from the moment you request it. If it expires, the reset page shows a “Reset link expired” notice with a Send New Link button.
Can I use the reset link more than once?
No — each link is single-use. Once your password is reset, the link is consumed and shows “Invalid or expired reset token” if tried again.
I requested several reset emails. Which link should I use?
Only the most recent one. Each new request invalidates all earlier unused links.
How many reset links can I request?
Up to 3 per hour for the same account. After that, wait for the hour window to pass.
Why is my new password being rejected?
It must meet all five complexity rules, not appear on the common-password list, and not match any of your last 5 passwords.
Will resetting my password unlock my locked account?
Yes. A completed reset clears the failed-attempt counter and any lockout instantly.
Am I signed in automatically after resetting?
No — you'll see “Password reset successfully” with a Go to Login button. Sign in with the new password.
I didn't receive the reset email. What should I check?
Make sure you used your registered account email (the confirmation screen looks the same either way, for privacy), then check spam for the subject “Reset Your Password”.
