Sign in to LogAI at app.logai.tech/login. The page is headed Sign in to continue. If you open any app page while signed out, you're redirected here first — and if you're already signed in, the login page skips straight to your dashboard.

Signing in

  1. Enter your credentials. Fill in EMAIL and PASSWORD (use the eye icon to show or hide it) and click SIGN IN.
  2. Enter your 2FA code (if enabled). If your account has two-factor authentication, a Two-Factor Authentication panel appears. Type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and click Verify & Sign In. You have 5 minutes on this screen before you need to start over — wrong or stale codes show “Invalid or expired code. Please try again.” Lost your phone? Click Use a backup code instead and enter one of your saved 8-character backup codes — each works exactly once.
  3. Land on your dashboard. You arrive at Home → Overview. LogAI auto-selects your first active organization; use the switcher at the top of the sidebar to change.

Sessions and other devices: A session lasts 24 hours and persists across browser restarts — there's no “Remember me” box because staying signed in is the default. Each new sign-in signs you out everywhere else: only the most recent login stays active.

CAPTCHA and account lockouts

LogAI protects accounts against password guessing with escalating safeguards:

TriggerWhat happens
3 failed attempts in a rowA reCAPTCHA checkbox appears — “Too many failed attempts. Please verify you're human to continue.” Complete it to keep trying.
5 failed attempts in a row (the counter resets only after a 15-minute pause between attempts)The account locks: 15 minutes for the first lockout in a day, 30 for the second, 60 for the third and beyond. A “Your Account Has Been Locked” email is sent with the details.
More than 10 login requests in 60 seconds from one networkA short IP cooldown: “Too many login attempts from your IP address. Please wait 60 seconds before trying again.”

Don't want to wait out a lockout?: Resetting your password clears the lock immediately — use the Forgot Password? link (full guide) or the reset link in the lockout email, then sign in with the new password.

Password expired?

Passwords expire after 90 days. If yours has, entering the correct password shows a Password Expired panel instead of signing you in. Click Send Password Reset Link, open the email (the link is valid for 15 minutes), set a new password, and sign in again.

Landed on “Subscription Required”?

If your selected workspace is inactive — trial ended, renewal failed, or the organization was disabled — you'll see a blocking screen instead of the dashboard. Click Renew or buy plan (labelled Choose a Plan on the disabled-workspace page) to reactivate it under Settings → Subscriptions, or use Switch organization to work in another workspace you belong to. Your data is retained the whole time.

Frequently asked questions

How long do I stay signed in to LogAI?

24 hours per session. The session survives browser restarts, so there's no “Remember me” checkbox. After 24 hours — or after you log out — you sign in again.

Why was I signed out on my other device?

Each successful login invalidates all previous sessions for your account. Only the most recent sign-in stays active; older devices return to the login page.

How many wrong password attempts before my account locks?

After 3 consecutive failures you must complete a CAPTCHA; after 5, the account locks — 15 minutes the first time in a day, then 30, then 60. You can always reset your password instead of waiting.

I lost my phone and can't get my 2FA code. Can I still sign in?

Yes. On the Two-Factor Authentication screen, click “Use a backup code instead” and enter one of the 8-character backup codes you saved during setup. Each works once — regenerate a fresh set from settings afterwards.

I got a “Your Account Has Been Locked” email — what should I do?

It's sent automatically after 5 failed attempts and lists the time, attempt count, and IP address. If the attempts weren't yours, use the reset link in the email and change your password immediately.

Why did I land on a “Subscription Required” page instead of my dashboard?

Your selected workspace is inactive — its trial ended or a renewal failed. Choose a plan to restore access instantly, or switch to another organization you belong to. No data is deleted.

Is there a “Remember me” option?

No — persistence is the default. Your session is stored in the browser and lasts 24 hours whether or not you close the tab.
