Create your LogAI account
Step-by-step guide to signing up for LogAI: the sign-up form, password requirements, optional two-factor authentication at signup, and what happens right after you create your account.

Creating a LogAI account takes about a minute. You sign up with a username, email, and password — there is no email verification step, so you're signed in and working immediately.
Sign up step by step
- Open the sign-up page. Go to
app.logai.tech/signup, or click Sign up at the bottom of the login page. The page is headed Create your account. - Fill in your details. Enter a
USERNAME, yourEMAIL, aPASSWORD, and the same password again inCONFIRM PASSWORD. As you type your password, a strength meter (Weak → Very Strong) and a live checklist show which requirements you've met. - Click CREATE ACCOUNT. The button enables once everything validates. Your account is created and you are signed in immediately — no confirmation email to wait for.
- Choose whether to set up 2FA. You'll be offered Secure your new account — set up two-factor authentication now, or click

Password requirements
Your password must satisfy all five rules shown in the on-screen checklist:
- At least 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one digit
- At least one special character
Common passwords are rejected: LogAI also checks your password against a list of roughly 10,000 commonly used passwords. If yours is on it you'll see “Password is too common or easily guessable. Please choose a stronger password.” — pick something more unique.
Password lifecycle: Passwords expire after 90 days (you'll be asked to reset at sign-in), and you can't reuse any of your last 5 passwords when changing it.
Signing up from a team invitation
If a teammate invited you, use the invitation link in your email (it opens /accept-invitation). You'll see the same Create your account form with your email pre-filled; when you submit, the account is created and the invitation accepted in one step — you land directly in the inviting organization and skip workspace creation.
Common sign-up errors

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to verify my email address before using LogAI?
No. There is no email verification step — the account is active and you're signed in the moment you click CREATE ACCOUNT.
What are the LogAI password requirements?
At least 8 characters with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit, and one special character. Passwords found on a list of roughly 10,000 common passwords are rejected.
Can I sign up for LogAI with Google or another social account?
No. Sign-up is email + password only — there is currently no social login option.
Is two-factor authentication required at signup?
No, it's optional. You're offered 2FA setup right after your account is created, and you can also enable it later from your security settings.
It says my email is “not available” — what does that mean?
That email is already registered with LogAI (the message is intentionally vague for privacy). Sign in instead, or reset your password if you've forgotten it.
What happens right after I create my account?
You're signed in automatically. New users see a welcome screen that opens the organization onboarding wizard; invited users land directly in their team's organization.
How long does my session last?
A sign-in session lasts 24 hours. After that you sign in again with your email and password (plus your 2FA code if enabled).
