Getting started with LogAI
New to LogAI? This guide walks you through the full setup — creating your account, building your organization, exploring the modules, and picking a plan on the AI-powered business platform by LogAI Technologies.

LogAI (also written log AI) is the AI-powered business management platform by LogAI Technologies Pvt Ltd. It brings your sales CRM, marketing and social publishing, customer conversations, product catalog, commerce and invoicing, team collaboration, HR and payroll, and AI content generation together in one workspace at app.logai.tech.

Your first 15 minutes
- Create your account. Go to
app.logai.tech/signupand register with your username, email, and a strong password. There's no email verification step — you're signed in immediately. See the full guide: Create your LogAI account. - Create your organization. Right after signing up you'll see Welcome. Let's build your workspace. Click
Let's get startedto open the onboarding wizard: enter your organization's profile, optionally seed demo data, add regional settings, connect integrations, and choose a plan. - Explore on the free trial. Every new organization starts a 3-day free trial with Pro-level access and 20 AI credits — no credit card required. A countdown card in the sidebar shows the time remaining.
- Invite your team. From Workspace → Team Members, invite teammates by email. They join through an invitation link and get the role you assign.
- Pick your plan. When you're ready, go to Settings → Subscriptions and choose Pro (₹1,500/user/month) or Pro Plus (₹2,500/user/month). Payment is per user, per month, via Razorpay.
How the app is organized
LogAI uses a two-tier left sidebar: the first tier lists the modules, the second lists that module's screens. Settings and your Account menu (profile, theme, language, log out) live in the sidebar footer, and the organization switcher sits at the very top.

| Workspace | Team members, roles and permissions, invitations. |
Why some menus may be hidden: The sidebar only shows modules your role has permission to view. If a module you expect is missing, ask your administrator to adjust your role under Workspace → Roles And Permissions.
Pages your customers can use without an account
- Booking pages — publish bookable time slots at a public link; customers manage or cancel via a tokenized link emailed to them.
- Forms — publish lead-capture forms at a public link; submissions land in your CRM.
- Online store — build a storefront under Settings → Stores with the CMS builder.

How much does LogAI cost after the trial?
Pro is ₹1,500 per user per month (100 AI credits per user, 2 GB Drive storage). Pro Plus is ₹2,500 per user per month (250 AI credits per user, 5 GB Drive, unlimited workflows). Billing is monthly via Razorpay.
Why don't I see a module like HR or Marketing in my sidebar?
The sidebar is filtered by your role's permissions — a menu item appears only if your role can view its resource. Ask your admin to adjust your role under Workspace → Roles And Permissions.
Can I run more than one business on LogAI?
Yes. You can create or join multiple organizations and switch between them with the organization switcher at the top of the sidebar. Navigation, data, and permissions reload per organization.
Can my customers use LogAI without logging in?
Yes — published booking pages and forms are public, and customers manage bookings through a tokenized email link. Your online storefront is public too.
Does LogAI work on mobile?
Yes, the app is responsive and installable as a PWA — open the Account menu and choose Add to Home Screen / Install App.
