Drive file storage
Store your organization's files in LogAI Drive: chunked uploads up to 10 GB, built-in document/spreadsheet/drawing editors, per-person sharing with Read/Write/Delete levels, and plan-based storage quotas.

Collaboration → Drive is your organization's file store. It starts with two automatic folders: Public (org-wide, with a Social Media subfolder) and My Creations (private to you — AI Studio images, videos, and try-ons land in its subfolders automatically).
Upload and create
- Use the New button. Create a
Folder,Upload files,Upload folder— or start a built-in Document, Spreadsheet, or Drawing that saves into the current folder. - Or just drag. Drop files anywhere on the screen. Uploads are chunked with live progress and per-file cancel, so large files transfer reliably.
- Organize. Rename, move (or drag items onto folders), pin, and switch between grid and list views with sorting. Click a file to preview images, open editable docs, or see details.

Share files and folders
Open any item's Share tab: search teammates, tick Read / Write / Delete, and Grant access. The access list shows each person's level as View, Edit, or Full. Multi-select rows to bulk move, delete, or download files as a zip.
About the automatic folders: Public (and Social Media) is visible to everyone and can't be renamed or deleted. My Creations is private to you — you can rename it, but not delete it. Its subfolders (Image Generation, Video Generation, Virtual Try-On) collect your AI-generated content.
Where Drive connects
- The marketing composer attaches post media straight from Drive.
- Product images can be picked from Drive.
- Chat attachments and AI Studio outputs are stored here.
- Storage usage and overage billing appear under Subscriptions & billing.
Frequently asked questions
How much storage does my organization get?
Pro includes 2 GB per organization, Pro Plus 5 GB. Beyond the quota, usage is billed automatically at ₹1,000 per extra GB per month. Individual files can be up to 10 GB, any type.
Is there a trash bin?
No — deletion is permanent, and folders must be emptied before they can be deleted. Download anything you might need first.
What are the Public and My Creations folders?
Automatic folders: Public (with Social Media) is org-wide and can't be renamed or deleted; My Creations is private to you, collects your AI-generated content, and can be renamed but not deleted.
How does sharing work?
Per file or folder, per teammate, with Read / Write / Delete checkboxes. The access list shows each person's level, and you can update or remove access any time.
Can I edit documents inside LogAI?
Yes — built-in Document, Spreadsheet, and Drawing editors create and edit files right in Drive, saved to the current folder.
Why did a folder delete fail?
Folders must be empty first. Move or delete their contents, then delete the folder — permanently.
