Integrations: WhatsApp, Razorpay & more
Connect LogAI to the outside world: WhatsApp Business via Meta's embedded signup, Razorpay payments with a single webhook, Google Analytics dashboards, Vercel publishing, and your own SMTP for outgoing email.

Settings → Integrations connects LogAI to external services, each unlocking features across the app. Outgoing email (SMTP) lives on the neighbouring Settings → Notifications page.
WhatsApp Business
- Open the whatsapp tab. A Pro-plan feature. Choose whether to create a new WhatsApp Business setup or connect an existing account.
- Run Meta's signup. Click
Connect Now— Meta's official embedded signup opens in a popup; complete the Facebook login and consent. - You're connected. Your number appears under Connected WhatsApp Accounts, unlocking WhatsApp chat with leads, bulk WhatsApp broadcasts, and a template manager where message templates are submitted to Meta for approval (approved/pending/rejected per account).
WhatsApp ≠ the social hub: Social publishing to Instagram, Facebook, X and the rest is connected inside the Marketing Hub's Channels tab — not here.

One Razorpay webhook serves everything: In your Razorpay Dashboard add the webhook URL shown on the tab once, enabling both events: payment_link.paid (marks shareable payment links paid) and payment.captured (updates store orders). Create it in the same Test/Live mode as your keys.
Outgoing email (SMTP)
Settings → Notifications opens Mail Settings: provider, server, port (587 or 465), username, and password. This lets LogAI send from your own address — powering workflow emails, bulk lead emails, and cart-recovery coupons. The saved password is never redisplayed, and there are no per-event notification toggles on this page despite its sidebar label.
Access
Razorpay and Google Analytics need Settings (Editor); WhatsApp needs Marketing (Editor); Mail Settings has its own gate. Integrations can also be connected during organization onboarding — everything here is the permanent home for those setups.
Frequently asked questions
What does connecting WhatsApp Business enable?
Chatting with leads over WhatsApp, bulk WhatsApp broadcasts from the Contacts screen, and a template manager where templates go to Meta for approval. It's a Pro-plan feature using Meta's official embedded signup.
Do payment links and my store need separate Razorpay webhooks?
No — one webhook with both events (payment_link.paid and payment.captured) serves payment links and store orders alike. Match the Test/Live mode of your keys.
Do I need a Vercel account?
Only to publish AI Studio-built websites to your own account. The hosted online store deploys on LogAI's infrastructure without it.
Where are notification preferences?
Settings → Notifications actually opens Mail Settings — SMTP configuration for outgoing email. There are no per-event notification toggles there.
What breaks without SMTP configured?
Anything LogAI sends from your address: workflow Send Email actions fall back to the platform mailer, and abandoned-cart recovery coupons won't send at all.
Why is my Payments dashboard empty?
It reads live Razorpay data using the keys saved here — zeros mean the keys aren't configured yet.
